Organizational Therapist · Marriage Coach · Speaker · Author

From the boardroom to the living room.

For more than 25 years I've helped leaders build healthier organizations — and couples build healthier relationships. The same principles run through both: trust, communication, and the willingness to grow.

A different way to lead — and to love

Organizations and relationships don't fail for lack of effort. They fail for lack of skills.

Whether it's a company or a marriage, the same things break down: unclear roles, poor communication, unmanaged conflict, and eroded trust. My work is about building the skills that keep both healthy.

After decades leading organizations across the world, I discovered that the tools that transform teams are the very same ones that transform the way we live at home.

About Gustav

Twenty-five years, six continents, one conviction.

I'm the Founder and CEO of AIM Group and a globally recognized Organizational Therapist — helping companies build structures that are as healthy in practice as they are on paper. Over 25+ years I've served as VP and CEO across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and the United States.

I founded XO Leaders, a book series in which 100+ Founders, CEOs and Presidents each year share the lessons that define modern leadership — now a reference in universities and colleges, with all profits donated to scholarships.

I'm also a marriage coach and, together with my wife, psychologist Ana Arias, the co-author of The Marriage Club (first published as Cowboys and Angels).

I speak regularly on Leadership and the Behavioral Science of Management — on television and radio, at universities, and on international conference stages.

Discipline, perseverance, dedication, and passion.

I live in The Woodlands, Texas, with Ana and our blended family.

The Marriage Club

A project for building better relationships.

Together with my wife, psychologist Ana Arias, I created The Marriage Club and co-wrote The Marriage Club / El Club de los Casados. It brings together the book, the assessments, and the tools couples use to work on communication, differences and conflict.

Great leadership and great relationships run on the same fuel.
