I am a psychologist and entrepreneur. I have worked with organizations—from startups to international companies—developing leaders and transforming cultures.
I was Co-Founder and COO of RHHR Group, which merged with AIM Group. Today I serve as President of the Board and VP of Operations.
I am an International Coaching Federation-certified Mentor and Coach and have worked with leaders in organizational transformation and human development.
That career is joined by more than a decade working with couples and developing tools to strengthen communication and relationships.
I am coauthor, with my husband Dr. Gustav Juul, of The Marriage Club / El Club de los Casados.
