I help couples and individuals develop the skills they need to communicate better, navigate conflict and build healthier relationships.

Relationships don’t fail for lack of love. They fail for lack of skills.
We can love someone deeply and still not know how to communicate, navigate conflict, understand differences or build agreements. My work focuses on developing the skills that allow us to build better relationships.
After more than 25 years working with people, leaders and organizations, I discovered that many of the tools that strengthen teams also strengthen our relationships.
What works in the boardroom works at home.
Communication. Clarity. Conflict management. Roles. Trust. Leadership.
When you change, your environment changes.
Building a relationship does not begin by trying to control or change the other person. It begins with what is in our hands: how we think, communicate, respond and choose.

Together with my husband, Dr. Gustav Juul, we developed The Marriage Club and wrote The Marriage Club / El Club de los Casados. The project brings together the book, assessments and tools for communication, differences and conflict in couples.
